Sitel... Here I Come!

I've signed my contract with Sitel today. I applied with Blue and Mabz, unfortunately, Mabz didn't make it for phone simulation. I'm sad about it coz I was expecting the three of us to make it even until the final round. There are only three rounds for the whole day recruitment procedure of Sitel. First is the initial group interview. It was conducted by a human resource specialist, he's actually cute. We did a very cashual exchange of ideas and views about our present jobs. Next is the exam on the computer which consists of different category such as behavioral skills, customer service skills, typing skill, listening skill etc... The hardest part I suppose is the phone simulation. We're given a certain product on which we need to play as a customer service representative. I've waited for about more than two hours for my turn for this phone simulation but it's worth the wait, however, I'm still unsatisfied coz Mabz fail to pass the last challenge. Anyways, maybe its not for her. Poor Mabz, she broke up with her boyfriend and now, she failed to get a better compensating job. I'm sure she'll find her own luck one of these days. I'm excited about this new Job. We will be handling PayPal. I hope that this job would open the door for promotion and career advancement. Goodluck to Blue and I, I hope we'll pass the training.
